Loxeal EB3703/METALOX is a solvent-free, fast curing, thixotropic, two-component epoxy resin with excellent resistance to water and many chemicals. It is specifically designed for repairing and/or bonding metal substrates, as well as a variety of other substrates such as concrete, wood, etc. It works as an adhesive putty, suitable for repairing metal castings, pipes or flanges and also for body repair in the automotive field.
The fast curing of Loxeal EB3703/METALOX allows machining or sanding of the bonded/repaired components within hours after application, even outdoors. After polymerization, the adhesive can be sanded and painted. Loxeal EB3703/METALOX can be cured at +60°C for 1 hour to accelerate curing and achieve high strength.
