Universal protectors
The GPN 610 PCR-PE, blue universal protector can be used as a cap or plug and protects holes and openings, bolts and a multitude of metric and pipe threads. The taper is ideal for bridging tolerances. The plastic used consists of post-consumer recycling.
Paint protection caps / Screw caps
GPN 735 screw plugs are suitable for sealing threaded openings in accordance with DIN 3852-1 and ISO 6149-1 and are particularly suitable for processes such as cleaning, inspection, painting and transport. Its robust material is of high quality and particularly shock-resistant. The surrounding sealing skirt, manufactured without welding, prevents the entry and exit of liquids within certain limits. The assembly is carried out by means of a screwdriver or wrench.
Screw plugs with O-ring
GPN 738 O-ring screw plugs are suitable for sealing threaded openings in accordance with DIN 3852-1 and ISO 11926 and are particularly suitable for high sealing requirements. Its robust material is of high quality and particularly shock-resistant. The surrounding sealing skirt, manufactured without welding, and the O-ring seal prevent the entry and exit of liquids within certain limits. The assembly is carried out by means of a screwdriver or wrench.
Screw caps
GPN 700 screw plugs are suitable for a multitude of internal threads and pipe threads in accordance with EN ISO 228-1. The knurled head for manual mounting is additionally provided with a slot up to the largest medium sizes to allow mounting also with a screwdriver.
Screw-on caps
GPN 800 thread caps are suitable for a multitude of thread types, such as metric threads, pipe threads and American threads. Knurled outer edge for easy hand assembly.
Plugs
GPN 300 V plugs can be used for the protection of internal threads and bores and have a firm grip due to their domed body. The flat head and its adapted diameter allow it to sink into the hole.
