The Max H-Pur range of materials is designed to offer superior mechanical and tribological performance, resistance to chemicals, hydrolysis and exceptional thermal stability up to +150ºC. These materials feature high tensile strength, superior wear resistance, low hysteresis and remain flexible at low temperatures down to -25°C while maintaining low compression set.
The formula is enriched with specialized polymeric lubricants, which improve self-lubrication, significantly reduce friction (μ<0.2) and prevent stick-slip effect, thus offering better results than polyurethanes with solid lubricants such as MoS2.
Max H-Pur sealing materials are ideal for a variety of demanding applications, including oil-hydraulic systems, elevated temperature natural and subsea water environments, sanitation processes within the food and beverage industry, oil and sour gas handling in the oil and gas field, use with flame retardant hydraulic fluids (HFA-HFB fluids in mining cylinders and hydraulic presses) and compatibility with biodegradable fluids such as vegetable oils and synthetic esters. Available in a range of colors such as red, green, blue, turquoise, natural and dark gray, Max H-Pur is a staple for precision lathe sealing.
In addition, Max H-Pur’s Turquoise color meets the stringent FDA CFR 177.2600 standards for food contact, ensuring safety and compliance with food grade applications.
